This study aims to determine the effect of training and career development on the performance of dedicated employees at PT BCA Sub Branch Cemapak Mas. The number of samples is 80 people, all of whom becames respondent in the study based on the results of the calculation of the slovin formula. This research was conducted using primary with a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression, multiple linear correlation, and multiple determination. The analysis used in this study is a quantitative method usin the spss version 24.00 program with a significant of 5% and using a statistical model of multiple linear regression, multiple linear correlation, and multiple determination. With training and career development as the independent variable, employee performance as the dependent variable. From the results of the research that has been done, the correlation opportunity, which means the relationship between variable training, and career development and employee performance is strong positive. Because using 2 variable independent in this study, used is R Square. This means that the contribution of the influence of the independent variable is 40,7%. The rest is influenced by other variable outside of this study. Partial training variable have an effect on employee performance. It can be seen from t test because t count is bigger than t table.Partial career development variable have an effect on employee performance. It can be seen from t test because t count is bigger than t table. Variable training and career development simultaneously affect performance it can be seen from the F test because F Count is bigger than F Table.
